Testing mood - LUSH

WOW, it’s been ages since I published a beauty related blog post, sorry for that. Currently I’m on holiday in the US but don’t want to skip this week’s post so here I am and I’m inviting you to test some beauty products with me.

I already mentioned in my Glasgow shopping mood post that Lush is my new favourite beauty brand... It’s still unbelievable for me;
I remember that I used to avoid Lush shop because it smelled too strong from the outside…  And last year I got a gift set for my birthday and something has changed. In these days I still try to avoid Lush shop but the reason it totally different. I just don’t want my purse to cry.

In today’s post I would like to share my experiences/thoughts about 3 great products I recently bought in Lush. For the record: I have combined skin. This type skin can be dry or normal in some areas and oily in others, such as the T-zone (nose, forehead, and chin).
Since I’m just about to discover and experience the product range I wasn’t sure what will work for me so I asked for help. The girls in the store were super sweet and helpful, so I ended up buying the following products.

Imperialis moisturiser

It’s so incredibly nourishing, makeup stayed on better, shininess controlled. It’s a very nice product for combined skin type with lovely scent. It’s worth to give it a try.

Rosy cheeks facemask

Containing a soothing blend of kaolin, calamine and Turkish rose oil, this mask is all about calming your skin… Love this face mask. Love the rose smell. Love the texture. Love the name.  So softening and moisturising. Definitely a winner.

Salted Coconut Handscrub

This is possibly the best Lush product I have ever bought! Smells divine, and I really noticed the difference after just one use. It comes really handy especially during harsh winter months when hands need more care. And you only need a very small amount at a time.

I must say that I find Lush a bit expensive but all products are handmade with golden ingredients so yeah that's the way it goes.  The products worked for me and I’m sure I’ll purchase them again and keep testing other ones. There are moisturisers I would like to try in the near future; these are Magical Moringa and Vanishing cream. Did you try them already? Let me know down below.

Do you have Lush faves too?
