Halloween Party mood
Happy (almost) Halloween! 🎃 👻
It has finally arrived and I couldn’t be more excited. It’s arguably one of the best holidays of the year. (Christmas is my other fave.) In today’s post I’ll share how I prepare for our Halloween party.
There are sooo gorgeous ideas on Pinterest, so I created a Halloween mood board and collected my favourite decoration, food/recipes and makeup photos for inspiration. Make sure to check it out and follow Mood Bistro on Pinterest. ☺
I started preparations quite early this year because I’ve already bought some Halloween bits and bobs in Glasgow in September (!). The stores were full of awesome party essentials, I couldn’t resist… I got some decoration pumpkins and a Halloween glitter banner. I didn’t want to go too crazy with decoration and I also wanted to keep it rather funny than scary. Just to set Halloween mood you know. ☺
I’m not really into costumes but I do like Halloween makeup. I’ve watched hundreds of tutorials on YouTube and I definitely want to create a special makeup for the party. I don’t know about you but I do prefer pretty makeup rather than a creepy one…

To throw a really epic party we’ll need some fun and festive recipes as well. I’ve found a great Halloween cupcake recipe on BBC food and I’m planning on doing it for the party. The cupcakes look absolutely amazing in the picture; I’ll let you know how I managed. ☺
Let's have fun and create some amazing memories!
What’s your plan for Halloween? I’d love to hear from you!
